We provide real estate E&O insurance in the following states, which require real estate licensees to maintain E&O coverage that meets certain requirements:

• Colorado
• Iowa
• Idaho
• Kentucky
• Louisiana
• Mississippi
• Montana
• Nebraska
• New Mexico
• North Dakota
• Rhode Island
• South Dakota
• Tennessee
• Wyoming

If you purchase insurance under the program for the state in which you are domiciled, then the insurance will apply to professional services provided in any state where you have an active real estate license, provided the services would require a real estate license in your state of domicile.

If you purchase insurance under the program for a state other than your state of domicile, your insurance may only apply to professional services in the policy state. Unless you meet the requirements to be considered domiciled in the policy state, the insurance would not apply to professional services provided in any state other than the policy state, including your state of domicile. Please review the Territory section of the policy you are considering to see if you would be considered domiciled in the policy state.
